Alexander Group General Business Assessments begin with a Discovery Meeting, followed by an on-site visit during which brochures, communications, etc. are gathered and appropriate personnel are interviewed. Once all the necessary information is gathered, Alexander Group analyzes the data and produces a written and verbal report which outlines our findings and recommendations.
